Hellerwork Structural Integration Practitioner: Hellerwork International Philip was seriously inspired to learn how to achieve excellent health and fitness after experiencing major surgery in his late teens. In the following 11 years he personally tried and studied many mainstream and alternative treatments to regain full health. Out of all that he experienced, it was only Hellerwork that enabled him to achieve profound and lasting improvement in his body. The change was hugely significant and many levels of life progressed alongside the ongoing physical transformation. He completed his Hellerwork Structural Integration training in Spain, New Zealand, France, and England. He then practiced in Bath, in London's Notting Hill, Marylebone and Hackney. He travelled extensively to complete further trainings with gifted teachers of Structural Integration and enjoyed the experience gained from working with people from different countries and cultures. Returning to New Zealand he established Hellerwork in the City on Auckland's central city waterfront, also travelling to Dunedin and Christchurch. He is currently Auckland based and can be available in other locations. Philip believes that Hellerwork plays a vital role in regaining what many people young and old are currently losing - a deep connection and satisfaction with self, with body and mind, and living effectively with the world around us. Hellerwork can provide you with the experience and the knowledge that your body can change significantly, and that you can choose how you shape yourself through your life's activities and experiences. Philip has served extensively on the board of directors of Hellerwork International. He currently enjoys cycling, swimming and yoga, and also has a background in film & television and music. Certified Hellerwork Practitioners are required to be members in good standing with their Regional Practitioner Association (USA, Canada, Europe, or New Zealand and Australia) and to complete their annual continuing education quota, in order to be annually re-certified.
